Things to print and carry
Two of them, and both are pages rather than files. Open one, press print, and what comes out of an ordinary printer is the thing it was designed to be.
Everything on this site prints black on white, with the navigation, the buttons and the search stripped out, and with its title, its address and the date it was last reviewed on the paper. That is not an aesthetic choice: monochrome survives a photocopier, costs almost nothing to reproduce, and a sheet found in a bag six months later can still be dated and checked.
Built to print
The deck
Every claim as a card you can carry: what they say and what you say on the front, one fact and its source on the back. 44 cards on 11 sheets of A4, double sided, two cuts a sheet.
A6 cards, black and white, nothing within ten millimetres of a paper edge.
The sheet
One page carrying every short answer at once, each of them linked back to the entry it came from. Read it in the ten minutes before you walk in, then fold it and put it in a pocket.
Three or four sides of A4, black and white, and it carries the date it was reviewed. It is every short answer on the site in one document, so it is a few sheets rather than one. Fold it long-ways and it still goes in a pocket.
Both are built from the entries themselves, so neither can quietly fall out of step with what the site says. Editable posters and stickers, with your own group's name and date on them, are not built yet.
